Compliance
MyAdvisior.AI is built for the realities of regulated legal work in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The statements below describe design alignment and commitments — not audited certifications.
Data protection (PDPL + GDPR-aware)
The platform is designed to align with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where EU/EEA or UK data subjects are served, the GDPR/UK GDPR. We act as a Processor for the personal data inside your workspace and as a Controller for account data, governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
Data residency
Workspaces select a data-residency preference (KSA, GCC, or Global). Cross-border transfers, where they occur, rely on a lawful transfer mechanism. The actual hosting region is confirmed in your contract and the Privacy Policy.
Governed legal corpus
Legal sources flow through an import → review → release → publish workflow. Only reviewed, published sources are retrievable by users — unreviewed material never reaches an answer, and every release carries an audit trail.
Transparent AI
Answers are grounded in cited sources, carry a confidence indicator and the model used, and refuse when no supporting authority exists. The platform is built to avoid fabricating legal authority.
Legal documentation
Our published legal documents set out the binding terms. Review the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, AI Usage Disclaimer, and Terms of Service. For procurement security/compliance questionnaires, contact our team.
