This policy defines acceptable use of the MyAdvisior.AI Platform. It applies to every user and Workspace.
1. Permitted use
Use the Platform lawfully and for its intended purpose: AI-assisted legal research, analysis, and practice operations for your own legitimate professional or business needs, within your subscription plan.
2. Prohibited use
You must not, and must not allow anyone to:
Legal & ethical
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity.
- Use the Platform to give legal advice to third parties as if it were advice from MyAdvisior, or in any way that misrepresents AI output as verified legal advice (see the AI Usage Disclaimer).
- Upload content you are not legally permitted to process, including data subject to legal privilege or third-party confidentiality you cannot lawfully share.
Security & integrity
- Attempt to access another tenant's data, bypass tenant isolation, or circumvent authentication, authorization (RBAC), rate-limits, entitlement gates, or usage quotas.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without prior written authorization; perform denial-of-service attacks; or interfere with service operation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models, except as permitted by law.
- Introduce malware, or upload files designed to exploit, harm, or overload the Platform.
Data & content
- Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Use the Platform to process personal data without a lawful basis, or in violation of PDPL/GDPR or other applicable data-protection law.
- Scrape, harvest, or build a competing dataset/model from the Platform or its legal corpus.
Abuse of AI & fair use
- Attempt to make the AI generate unlawful, harmful, or knowingly false legal content, or to defeat the no-authority/citation safeguards.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Platform's output as a bulk service to third parties outside your plan, or share a single seat among multiple individuals to evade seat/quota limits.
- Use automated means to exceed quotas or to place unreasonable load on the Platform.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, other customers, or legal compliance. Where practicable and lawful, we will give notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination without refund.
4. Reporting
Report security issues or abuse to [SECURITY_EMAIL]. We welcome good-faith security research conducted with prior authorization and responsible disclosure.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
