This Disclaimer explains the nature and limits of the AI-assisted output produced by MyAdvisior.AI. It forms part of the Terms of Service. By using AI features you accept it.

1. Not legal advice; no lawyer–client relationship

MyAdvisior.AI is a legal-information and decision-support tool. It is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not provide legal advice or representation. Using the Platform does not create a lawyer–client relationship between you and MyAdvisior. Output must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed lawyer who has reviewed your specific facts.

2. How the AI works (and its limits)

Grounded, cited answers. Answers are generated against a curated legal corpus and are presented with citations, a confidence indicator, and the AI provider/model used. Only reviewed and published sources are eligible for retrieval.
No-authority guardrail. When the system cannot find supporting authority for a question, it is designed to say so rather than fabricate an answer.
Point-in-time. Answers reflect the legal sources available to the Platform as of a given date. Laws and regulations change; an answer may be outdated, incomplete, or not applicable to your facts.
AI can be wrong. Like all generative-AI systems, the Platform can produce errors, omissions, or misinterpretations, including incorrect citations or reasoning ("hallucinations" are mitigated but not eliminated).

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decision, filing, contract, or action taken based on the Platform. Before relying on any output you must independently verify it against primary legal sources and, where appropriate, obtain advice from a qualified professional. Do not use the Platform for matters where an error could cause harm without such verification.

4. Jurisdiction & scope

The Platform focuses on Saudi Arabia and the GCC legal context and supports Arabic and English. Its coverage of any specific law, regulation, court, or jurisdiction is not guaranteed to be complete or current. Output is general in nature and may not address your specific circumstances.

5. Confidentiality of inputs

Do not enter information you are not permitted to process, including content subject to legal privilege or third-party confidentiality obligations you cannot lawfully share. See the Privacy Policy and DPA for how inputs are handled, including any transmission to a third-party AI provider.

6. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI output is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for any particular purpose. Liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
