Billing, plans & quotas

Plans (Free, Individual, Lawyer Pro, Law Firm, Enterprise) grant a set of modules and monthly usage quotas, all enforced server-side. The website pricing is generated directly from the billing engine, so what you see is what you get.

Quotas

• Metered actions (e.g. chat messages, document uploads, analyses) draw down a monthly quota.
• Quotas reset at the start of each billing period.
• When a quota is reached, further metered actions are blocked until the next period or an upgrade — the platform never silently exceeds a quota.

Manage your subscription

1. 1Open Billing in your workspace to see your plan, status, and current-period usage.
2. 2Upgrade or change plan from the billing dashboard.
3. 3Enterprise plans are arranged with our team — contact sales.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT). See the Terms of Service for cancellation and refund terms.
